We had a wonderful day witnessing Chase's baptism.  It was even more special because his big brother Taylor performed the ordinance.  We are so proud of both of these young men, (and their brothers), who are growing up to have strong testimonies of Jesus Christ and are following His example.

Jaron & MIchelle Family Visit

July brought a great visit from Jaron & Michelle and Sawyer, Bear and Evelyn.  We miss them so much and it is so fun when more of our family can be together and cousins can be reacquainted.  We packed a lot of activities and fun into one week.  Here is a sample, the rest are posted on my SmugMug website.

Mopars at the Strip

Our annual Mopars at the Strip family get away was fun!  As usual, we watched car races, admired fancy show cars, some rode in very fast race cars with trained drivers, some played in swimming pools and hot tub, played arcade games and rode roller coasters.  And most importantly, we ALL ate as much junk food as possible over the weekend!

Disneyland with Jaron & Michelle

We had a great time with Jaron, Michelle, their family, and Michelle's parents and sister.  The weather was perfect, no one got sick, and no one got hurt or lost.  Michelle and Jessica had planned this trip so well, not only by choosing the month with the least amount of tourists, but they also organized our daily schedules including where to eat and rest time for the kids (and adults).  Between navigating the timing of going on the favorite rides and attractions and getting 'fast passes', we never had to wait in lines longer than 5-10 minutes.  Some grown-ups 'hate' going to Disneyland, but I love it!  Mostly nice, normal people having fun with their loved ones.  Fun to be part of that!!!!
