Before moving forward into 2013 I have to go back and document a few family activities between the time we got home from our mission and the end of 2012. Here is our Halloween party. The dinner menu was less than tantalizing.....but fun and appropriate nevertheless!!!
Oh my gosh! Those halloween dishes are so creative! The last one though that looks like cat poop, I almost gagged! What is that stuff, I couldn't figure it out!
ReplyDeleteThat's what it's supposed to look like!!!! It is just chocolate cookie dough formed in the shape of....well, you know....and 'displayed' in malt-o-meal cereal to look like cat litter. It looked so real that no one enjoyed them and some wouldn't even try them. It's not in the photo, but I actually had a NEW plastic cat litter scooper (looks like a spatula with slits in it), as the serving utensil. Very fun!

ReplyDeleteI have to say the "tricks" overwhelmed the treats in the cuisine. I'm not sure I could have eaten much of that meal. But it looks like a fun party and really cute spooks.
