A Larsen family tradition is to have a red & pink Valentine's dinner. I dipped chocolate covered strawberries for 'appetizers' and had hot chocolate mugs with little stuffed animals for the kids in addition to 'goodie' bags at their table.
Here are all the adults smiling nicely while I take a picture. As usual I always forget to photograph something and this time it was the food. As I mentioned, everything had to be red or pink, so we had lasagna, corn (with red food coloring), red jello salad, and pink rolls and strawberry/raspberry pie. The best part of our Valentine's dinner when the kids were little, is there were never any nasty green vegetables I had to force them to eat!
And here are all the kids smiling 'nicely' while I take a picture. (I think this group of grandchildren have just about grown out of this little table.)
Well the evening managed to slip away before I took any decent photos of the Crewzer (as we affectionate call him), so this one will have to do.
It's so great to see you posting again. Blogs are our lifeline to the family. What a great tradition and everyone looks like they're having a great time.
