Thanksgiving

We had a fun Thanksgiving weekend.  Jaron and Michelle came to visit.  It was so nice to have them with us.  Wednesday evening we had our annual 'Girl's Night Out' at the Cheesecake Factory, where we threw caution to the wind and ate a week's worth of calories at one meal!  Of course we were having so much fun that no one remembered to take photos!  Thanksgiving Day morning was the annual 'Guy's Day Out', where they indulge their redneck tendencies, pack up their guns, ammo, targets, etc., and head to the hills to blow stuff up!  Then late afternoon we all gathered at Scott and Tiera's house for feasting and fun.  Here are some of the very few photos I took:
Sawyer wanted the leg...I think he got more than he bargained for!
Taylor was a good sport wearing a kid's pilgrim hat.
Michelle's sister joined us.  We missed Emily A. who was visiting her parents.
The 'boys' decided to have a beard growing contest that started a few weeks earlier.  I think they are handsome even when their faces are covered with hair!  I was shocked to see a few gray hairs here and there!  They can't be that old!
Evelyn wasn't impressed that she had a pink bow on her pilgrim hat & Crew is not too sure about his fashion statement.

"Hey, do we know each other?"
It is scary that Crew actually knows how to play a game on Grandpa's phone!
 Evelyn is learning fast!

  1. Great pictures. It is so fun to see your family. There are a lot of boys in that group. I can see the missionary force growing. It looks like the perfect Thanksgiving.

  2. Love the hats!! That turkey leg is about as big as Sawyer. I'll bet they all have a blast when there together. Cute, Cute!

  3. I love the Pilgrim hats. What a fun tradition. The picure of Sawyer with the turkey leg needs to be saved for future teasing. What a beautiful family
